maha6 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your maha6 account balance in BDT with no currency conversion fees applied.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳10.
• Deposits are typically credited within minutes of a successful transaction.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are strictly prohibited.
• maha6 does not accept cash deposits or payments via cryptocurrency.
• If a deposit fails to credit within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

maha6 reserves the right to reverse or hold any deposit that appears suspicious, is associated with fraudulent activity, or cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own payment method.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in BDT.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours, depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• maha6 may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• maha6 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected on your account.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

maha6 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• maha6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotion terms, or coordinating with other players — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Free bets and free spins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money directly.

All games available on maha6 — including live casino tables, Pool Rummy, Bird Catcher, Ludo Quick, EVO Live, WM Live, and Astar Live — operate under their own specific game rules. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.

maha6 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios. Game outcomes are not manipulated by maha6 in any way.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, maha6 will resolve the situation in accordance with its fair play policy. Bets placed during a technical fault may be voided and stakes returned.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded by the game server will stand.
• maha6 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on maha6 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly card games such as Pool Rummy.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or using maha6 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the maha6 platform in any way.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing maha6 staff or other players through any communication channel.

maha6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player without first contacting maha6 support.
• Self-exclusion requests made by the player under the responsible gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, maha6 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

maha6's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
